  1. Assuming that this is a black and white photo then it is considered a D4. While there are 8 "leaves" that are the same shape, the inside of the rosette is a square with only four corners. These corners mean that it has a rotational symmetry of 90 degrees. It also has reflectional symmetry which gives it it's D classification.
